Our warehouse is located in Tasmania. We shop most business days. You’ll get the following options on checkout.
Standard Delivery
TAS and VIC expect delivery within 2-3 days.
NSW, QLD, ACT & SA expect delivery within 4-10 days.
WA, NT, and REGIONAL expect delivery within 7-14 days.
REMOTE & ISLANDS expect delivery within 14-30 days.
Express Delivery
TAS and VIC expect delivery within 2 days.
NSW, QLD, ACT & SA expect delivery within 3 days.
WA, NT, and REGIONAL expect delivery within 4 days.
REMOTE & ISLANDS expect delivery within 10 days.
Large/Bulk Orders
Some bulk orders will be routed to Team Global Express (Formerly Toll IPEC). This is a road express service. Most parcels will arrive within 7-10 days nationally.
Parcel Details
Your tracking number will be emailed to you. You will also be able to track your parcel via your AusPost account. Please note that Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe location if it is safe to do so. If you do not have a secure location for the postie to leave your parcel, we recommend using the free Parcel Collect feature in your AusPost account.
International Deliveries
We accommodate international deliveries via Australia Post. Rates are calculated in checkout. We are unable to estimate the delivery time. Please refer to the Australia Post online calculator for estimated delivery schedules. Please note that we only use the ‘standard’ and ‘express’ international system.
